When do you deliver?
We deliver on Mondays to customers in Kerry and on Tuesdays we do nationwide delivery.
Do you deliver Nationwide?
Yes we do deliver nationwide on Tuesdays to the 32 counties.
Can the box sit in my office all day?
We have a 48 hour freshness guarantee. Your box will also stay chilled, so no need to rush home! We use innovative and environmentally friendly insulation (recycled denim) along with ice packs to ensure perishables are kept at fridge temperature for up to 48 hours.
How long does the produce last?
Our produce will last until the end of the work week.
How do I recycle my box?
Please keep your box, insulated pouches and gel packs.
For customers in and Around Kerry we will try to pick it up with your next delivery. Many of our customers simply leave last week’s box out for us when we deliver to them each week.
For all other customers please save up 4 weeks of insulated pouches and gel packs, put them into 1 box and then email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a courier collection.
What day must I choose my meals by?
We expect you to choose your meals by Thursday at 12PM for the following week to give us time to prepare and source ingredients.
Do you accommodate specific diets or allergies?
As everything is prepared in the same unit we wouldn’t recommend trying BoxPrepped if you have a serious food allergy.
What comes in the box?
Our boxes contains the recipes, pre portioned ingredients and step by step recipe cards on how to create your masterpiece.
We do not provide kitchen staples such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar, milk and butter.
How many recipes can I choose from?
We offer up to 12 healthy recipes every week which include 3 Vegan and 3 Veggie
How does the Standard Plan Work?
You have a choice of 12 recipes on the standard plan, 6 Standard dishes, 3 Vegan dishes and also 3 Veggie dishes.
How does the Veggie Plan Work?
You have a choice of 3 recipes on the Veggie Plan. On this plan you may only select recipes from the Veggie Menu. We plan to offer more than 3 veggie recipes in the coming months.
How does the Vegan Plan Work?
You have a choice of 3 recipes on the Vegan Plan. On this plan you may only select recipes from the Vegan Menu. We plan to offer more than 3 vegan recipes in the coming months.
Are you a subscription service?
Yes we are a subscription service. On Thursday of each week we bill your account. You can put your account on hold, skip a week or cancel whenever you would like hassle free.
When do I get my deliveries on bank holidays?
On bank holidays everything will be delayed by a day. Therefore, deliveries to Kerry will arrive at your home on Tuesday and nationwide deliveries will arrive on Wednesday?
Do the recipes change every week?
At BoxPrepped we don’t repeat a recipe in 12 weeks. Customers love the variety our service brings to their evening meal times.
When does the subscription start?
Immediately when you sign up your subscription starts and you will be billed on Wednesday’s every week unless you pause or cancel your account. All billing information can be found on the “My Subscription” page on your account.
How do I cancel or pause my account?
If you wish to cancel or pause your BoxPrepped account, simply log into your account and there’s a pause/cancel button on your subscription page. All cancellations must take place before 12pm Wednesday or you will receive a BoxPrepped box the following week.

Do you provide non contact delivery?
Yes this is an option if you are cocooning or don’t want to meet your delivery driver that is no problem. Include in your delivery notes that you would like non-contact delivery and include a safe place to leave the box and this can be arranged.
What if I forget to choose my meals?
We will remind you by email and phone alerts so that you don’t forget to choose your weekly meals. In the rare occasion that you don’t choose your meals. We will make an estimated guess by looking over your past orders and choose the meals that we feel that you will like and enjoy.

I am redeeming a free box or discount code. Why do I need to enter a payment method?
When signing up for BoxPrepped, you are enrolling in a weekly, auto-renewing subscription service.
Coupons or vouchers may discount all or part of your initial delivery, but your subscription will automatically continue (with weekly charges to your account) unless you choose to pause or cancel deliveries.
Just remember to let us know before 23.59 on the Wednesday prior to your next scheduled delivery if you wish to skip or cancel — no minimum commitment required.
